From the Ground Up: Landon McGregor

LA-based creative Landon McGregor (@landonmcgregor) works in marketing and is the founder of Fashion Goggled. We documented five of his favorite looks, from the ground up.

Shop the look: Shoes, Nike | Socks (similar) | Jumpsuit (similar)

“Air Max 90s are the Nike silhouette for me. Simple, love a shoe that gives a little height and perfect for traveling (for me it’s the most comfortable ‘walking’ tennis shoe).  Plus you always need a blackout sneaker option, right?”

Shop the look: Shoes, Blundstone (similar) | Pants (similar) | Top (similar) | Jacket (similar)

"This is the perfect duster in that it is linen. I like keeping it light and airy by pairing it with near-white neutrals."

“I love these boots because they are a little more rugged than most ‘Chelsea boots’. I find the suede finish of this particular pair to be what sets them apart from the shiny, clean leather versions most brands offer.”

Shop the look: Shoes, Adidas | Socks (Similar) | Pants (similar) | Top (similar) | Jacket (similar)

"I looked for this original pink souvenir jacket in my size for years. I finally coped it on eBay for a steal – the reverse is black so I really lucked out."

“I mean baby pink. suede. men’s. Samba. ADIDAS. Do I need to expand? It is basically me in a shoe form.”

Shop the look: Shoes (similar) | Pants (similar) | Top (similar) | Jacket (similar)

"Sometimes match-y, match-y is the only option."

“Every New Yorker needs their badass black boot option. This is mine. They are comfortable for trekking the city, chic enough to dress up and cool enough to dress down.”

Shop the look: Shoes, Adidas (similar) | Pants (similar) | Top (similar) | Sweatshirt (similar) | Hat (similar)

"I love mixing workwear with smart basics like these ASOS trousers."

“The Samba is obviously one of my favorites . But there is just something so perfect and nostalgic about a pair of black and white Sambas for me. Maybe it was their cult-status when I was in middle school? Either way, I’m sold.”
